About Me

Hello my name is Pablo and I like to eat peanut butter and honey sandwiches. I am currently studying Electrical Engineering. I grew up in México City and now my family lives in St. Louis, Missouri. I love going back to visit family in México and I love México with a passion. I spent all of my teenage years playing sports like American football, swimming, wrestling, playing water polo and pick up basketball. Now I'm a full time student with limited mobility and knee pain. Jokes aside, I couldn't be more grateful for everything I've learned in the past year.

Since I was a young boy, I have always wanted to become an engineer and inventor!

Over the summer I worked at my school's Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) Lab where I had the privilege to work on a project for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). The project involved a lot of reverse engineering, learning and sleep deprivation. I also worked full time as a contractor at a company in Saint Louis, where I enhanced programs that evaluate power transformers. This was an intense summer but I didn't mind driving back and forth between Rolla and St. Louis:)

This semester I'm helping the microsatellite team by designing, building and testing a low-noise amplifier (LNA) for one of the satellites that we hope gets launched to space next year.

I built the front end of this website for fun and I plan to write some backend code later. Right now, the "subscribe" button does nothing. I am not a web developer nor have I taken an HTML & CSS course so a lot is poorly written (but at least it's not as bad as my grammar). The great thing is that I'm good at copying and pasting haha.

Thank you for visiting my website, have a nice day!
